Floating Units

By utilizing the SB9 law and ADU ordinance, the maximum possible space has been provided for the units. The diverse yet coordinated design of interconnected forms, positioned above the steep slopes of the landscape, creates the impression of floating units above the woodland hills. One of the key features of this project is the creation of an uncovered roof deck on the second floor, offering a 270-degree view with separate access.
