Floating Units
By using the SB9 law and ADU ordinance, the most possible space has been provided for the units. The diverse and at the same time coordinated design of forms that are connected to each other above the steep slope of landscapes gives the feeling of floating units in the space above the woodland hills. Creating an uncovered roof deck with a 270-degree view on the 2nd floor with separate access is one of the important benefits of this project.
