Modern Farmhouse
The modern farmhouse style in the exterior face and interior designs. We used black lines and white siding on the exterior and modern-rustic furniture for interior design. We design 1,800 SF new 1-story Single-family dwellings in the front and 1,200 two-story ADU in the rear portion of the property in the North Hollywood area, in a way that can be used together or completely separate with separate yards.
Task
Create a harmonious blend of modern farmhouse aesthetics, integrating distinctive black and white exterior elements with modern-rustic interior furnishings, encompassing a 1,800 SF new 1-story Single-family dwelling and a 1,200 SF two-story ADU in North Hollywood, allowing for both combined and independent use along with separate yards."
