Private Outdoor

We are currently developing a private entertainment retreat nestled in the scenic hills of La Cañada. The heart of the design is a central courtyard that will feature a luxurious swimming pool, a pool house, and dedicated game rooms. These program elements are framed by covered outdoor areas that seamlessly connect to the main residence, encouraging a fluid relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. The thoughtful layout is designed to enhance the experience of hillside living by blending functionality, comfort, and opportunities for relaxation and social gatherings.

In addition to the new entertainment wing, the project involves a major remodel and expansion of the existing residence. The reconfigured layout is intended to improve circulation and spatial flow throughout the home, while introducing an open-plan living room with soaring ceilings to create a greater sense of light, volume, and openness.

This project is currently under construction. As it takes shape, it reflects our commitment to harmonizing architectural vision with the unique landscape and lifestyle of hillside living.
