Sunland Nest
This contemporary 1,000 sq. ft. two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Sunland blends clean modern lines with warm, natural textures. The exterior features a refined mix of smooth stucco and vertical wood panels, accented by sleek black trim and metal details. Large windows and a defined entry canopy bring in natural light while creating a welcoming street presence.
Inside, the efficient layout maximizes space — offering an open-concept living area, kitchen, and guest room on the first floor, with private bedrooms and bathrooms above. Designed for both comfort and style, the ADU enhances the property’s value while maintaining harmony with its surroundings.
A private, open roof deck — accessible from the second-floor primary suite — provides an intimate outdoor retreat. Distinct materials define this feature, highlighting it as a seamless extension of the building’s architectural form.
