Designing a 1,200 square foot (sf) 3-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) that is completely separate from the existing SFD. The ADU has a post-modern and compact design to maximize the available space in the rear yard. A small deck at the entrance and backyard adds charm and provides a cozy outdoor space. The form of the building defines the entrance itself.

Create an SF 3-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) with a post-modern, space-efficient design that enhances the rear yard while incorporating charming outdoor spaces through a well-defined form and thoughtful deck areas.
